"Last night a friend invited me to the valley for a night under the stars, it was already dark as I jumped on somebody’s van. There were several other friends, including one we'll call Drippy-Droppy: a creature of remarkable charm that got everybody’s praise at first sight. We parked the van and found an auspicious glade.

At some point in the night Drippy-Droppy vanished, leaving us significantly impressed. That disappearance was like a stronger presence. I asked who was up to take a ride in the night.
We left eventually, walking in the woods with no lights, observing the sudden changes of perspective created by the flight of fireflies. I had never seen so many fireflies, there were so many!

We incredulously reached a suspension bridge where Drippy-Droppy showed us a very tempting and mysterious scenario. Afterwards we kept on walking, the darkness was absolute. And now the noteworthy fact: we were walking on a beaten road, all of a sudden this changed into a rough path, none of us understood how but the road had disappeared. Then the path vanished, too. We were now in a dense forest between stones and shrubs, still walking.

There was obviously no way left to follow, yet we followed one.
Even our way of walking was unrecognizable, while following this invisible route. The perspective went wild, it was worse than with the fireflies.

We were afraid with frantic laughters.
We eventually dissolved.

Suddenly we were in a stream bed, lifting our gaze.
Through a small pedestrian bridge we reached back reality.

Regardless of it all, Drippy-Droppy was still hanging..."

Rupal aka Federico Poli is one of the masterminds behind Communion collective and label. With "Omnidirectional Tempered Floaters", through the communication of digital modular synthesis, field recordings and liquefied sound-objects, he explores, creates and recombines multiple alternate realities. His aim is to design sonic and mental spaces where the fractures of reality can be re-modeled in an hyper-perception of multidimensionality.

Hands, soul and mind behind the Das Andere Selbst label and the psychotropical duo Marimba, Elia Buletti aka Delmore FX is one of the most enlightened figures in the Neukölln underground scene. Dealing with micro-sounds, kaleidoscopic collages, deconstructed and multilayered textures created by means of both digital and analogic devices, his sonic palette is a world on his own, constantly changing and rearranging itself in unimaginable new shapes.
